Am I Exciting Enough for This?

Bit of a change from your typical “Am I Good Enough to be a Blogger” spiel, right? Because I don’t need to ask that question; I know I’m good enough. I’ve always been a firm believer that you can do anything you put your mind to, you can be anything you want to be and go anywhere you choose in life (unfortunately we have a suit-wearing tangerine ‘leading’ the free world as testimony to that), so yeah, I am good enough. I don’t need validation for that. But exciting?? That’s a whole other kettle of fish! This is where I mention that…

Auschwitz-Birkenau

This is the part where I write an incredibly detailed, thought-provoking sentence that sends shivers down your spine and transports you there with me, to Auschwitz memorial, to make you feel what I felt as a visitor, experience what I experienced. This is where I paint the picture, set out the scene and make stories with words. But in reality that’s impossible. 10 Awesome Travel Instagram Accounts to Follow

… with less than 10k followers. Should it be “travel Instagram accounts” or “Instagram travel accounts“? I feel like it should be the latter, but the first one rolls off the tongue way easier so that’s what I’m sticking to. Please excuse me for sounding like a middle-aged mother of 3 trying to get down with the kids, but Instagram is my jam. I love it. 3 Days in Krakow: The Lowdown

My trip to Krakow didn’t exactly get off to the best start. I rocked up to Sophia Gardens an hour early for my bus to the airport, absolutely buzzing that I’d actually managed to find my way there all by myself (plus a teeny tiny bit of help from Apple Maps but shh, nobody needs to actually know that) without any catastrophic disasters. I waited around for half an hour, and just as the bus started to pull into the designated bay decided it’d be the perfect time to get the e-Ticket up ready to board. A quick scan of…

Getting Back in the Game (of Life, Blogging & Planes)

So that’s a bit of a half-assed title really, especially as I never actually left the game, whatever game it is I’m speaking of. But I didn’t know what else to call it so yeah, that’s life. Now before I go into saying anything pointless, let me just say something point-ful. Thank you. Thank you to everybody who commented on my last post, sent me lovely messages privately through my email, Facebook page or Instagram, or just read what I had to say. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. It means more than I can describe. None of you ever met…
